HiI have to create more than 1000 users. Is there any way i can import users to the domino directory instead of doing Add Person either programmatically or using any tool.

Depends on if the users already exist in another Directory , AD for example, can use ADSync. or Use a txt file etc, try the migrate people button when registering a new user, that shows you which methods you can use.
