When I try to run the DCT it keeps on saying “Lotus Notes has automatically updated some require files for this application. Before you can use the DCT you need to restart your Notes Client.”
I’ve restarted many times but keep on receiving this message.

I also get this in status bar:
“Unable to deploy 1 updated file (probably locked and in use)”
I downloaded the latest version from here before trying DCT:

I created the db in 8.5.2 server and am opening it with 8.5.2 client.

I fixed it running once the dct in Safe Mode. I started Windows in safe mode ran the dct, it managed to update the previously locked file, restarted the pc and it worked!

Please try the following and let me know how it works:Close Notes/Admin client
Delete Quicktune directory and all subdirectories
Re-open Notes/Admin client
Open DCT.NSF (all files will redeploy)
You should now be able to successfully scan

I tried your suggestions and still have this issue. Any ideas? I’m just opening it in the Notes client. Using 8.5.1 Eclipse but it did the same for me in 8.5. Should i be opening it in Admin Client instead?
