Domino BES losing connection to Domino server

Hello all

SORRY to post this on a predominantly Domino forum, but I need any help I can get with this, and am hoping that there are some Domino BES admins who might be able to help…

I have a Domino Server (6.5.4 FP1) which was running BES 4.0.12.

Yesterday, I upgraded the BES server to 4.1.2

Periodically, the BES (Domino) server throws out lots of alerts, similar to the one below. It will list the mailfile, journal and address books of each user, and seems unable to connect to the mailserver. It only does this periodically, for a few minutes.

Has anyone else seen this problem? Does anyone know how to fix?

Being a two-year-old thread I’m not sure if this has been addressed.

I am experiencing the exact problem. Seemingly at random, I receive a blast of BES messages stating that it can’t connect to a users mail file, journal or addressbook.

I receive the following errors on various users. Values have been contained within *'s to protect server/user info.
