I have a Domino Administrator who only requires to vew the servers for disk space usage. They need to view the Log databases on the servers. How can I limit his access

I would not grant him/her administrator (e.g. database, full administration…) access using the security tab → server document. It sounds like the admin just needs to see usage summaries (by Db/person…). You could give him/her read access to the log.nsf or catalog.nsf. This is simple… there is no security option that only allows an admin to view usage information.
