Domino Administrator Crashed by "Database Users" query

The “Database Users” option on the Server/Status menu frequently (but not always) crashes the Domino 7.0.2 Administration Client with an ACCESS_VIOLATION. The EAX register content at the failing instruction contains 0x20202020, which looks like four ASCII blanks to me.

The “Notes Users” command works fine.

The Admin client is 7.0.2 on Windows 2000 SP4, and the server being accessed is 7.0.2 on Windows 2003 R2 SP1. I never saw any failures with the 7.0.1 client and a 7.0.1 FP1 server. Has anyone else seen this problem?

I have a similar problem. “Sorry, an uncorrectable error has occurred. Lookup handle out of range. Press ENTER to abord the application.” R. 7.0.2. Windows NT 5.2 (XP Pro SP2).

I encounter the same problem when choosing “Database Users”.

Additionally I get the red error box also when I perform a drop operation on a user in the “Notes Users” view.

I am using Administrator 7.0.3 on a R6.5.6FP2 Server.

In the “Notes Users” view strange icons are displayed sometimes.

Instead of the “Person” icon in the first column there are undefinable other icons to see.
