Wondering if anyone else has run into this with DAMO 6.5.2 on Outlook 2002. The DAMO application works fine and was installed successfully however the new mail sound or notification does not work? The user has two mail profiles setup on his Outlook, one is a POP account and the other is the Notes MAPI profile. He gets a new mail sound when a new peice of mail comes in on the POP account profile however he gets no new mail sound on the Notes MAPI profile. I have tried reloading the DAMO 6.5.2 and it still does not notify him even without the POP account placed back on? We have loaded the latest service pack for Office 2002 SP3 since someone suggested that it might be an Outlook issue but I was just wondering if anyone else has encountered this running DAMO 6.5.2 and Outlook 2002 (also called Office XP)?

We are having the same problem. Called Lotus Notes and some one said once the mails converted to Outlook format, it is Outlook’s job to announce the new mail. How come the same setting works with Exchange as server?

I am trying my best to install DAMO for our 6.5.1 server.
Are there any install guides? Everything I find is always out of date or not available.
How did you guys install it?
