I’m hoping up start upgrading our servers to Domino 9 very soon, I’ve found a number of posts about issues with BES 5.x servers and device reconciliation after upgrading.
Speaking to our Blackberry supplier they confirmed this and advised we do not upgrade any mail files, mail servers or the address book to 9 until there is a fix.
Does anyone know if there is a fix available yet or if there is a way to work around this issue?

I asked our supplier and they contacted RIM (sorry Blackberry). They’ve confirmed that they’re currently testing a patch for BES 5 on Domino 9 and should be completed soon. What soon means is of course up for guessing but it sounds hopeful
