Hello, is there a way to track how many emails go into and out of specific mailboxes ?

For ad-hoc information, use the Domino Administrator client’s message tracking form. (Message tracking must be enabled on the server first. See the Admin Help for instructions.) You’ll run one report “To” and one “From”. (TIP: Right-click the report on the screen and choose copy and you can paste the report into any doc/email/excel.)
For an ongoing record, set up a server rule to journal anything sent to or from that address. You can then examine the journal to get your counts. (Plus the journal will enable you to look at the messages themselves, if there is an issue.)
