Hi all.
The Domino 7 Upgrade Redpaper mentions that a Domino 6 server using a Domino Directory based off the Domino 7 design of pubnames.ntf runs fine.
Does anyone know if this is true if that Domino 6 server is running Sametime or Quickplace? (Those servers are not being upgraded at this time, but they are in the same Domino Domain as the Administration Server of the domain that is being upgraded; hence my question.)

No problems here. My Sametime 6.5.1 and QP 6.5.1 servers, like all my other Domino 6.5.4 servers, are running the 7.0.2 pubnames.ntf template.

You should be fine. I have a similar configuration and I have not seen any error messages on QP. I upgrade to 7.0.1 about four weeks ago…
