…Sender mail format: user@acme.com.tw : OK , the green icon display! (but It’s useless!)

I create subform & field “notesmail” and update ldap schema, but it still note work
(when use ldapsearch, I can query the value of notesmail)
any idea?

RM:Thanks, My Client is R6.5, When I chat with those online user in the inbox view, the message “Name not found in IBM Lotus Instant Messaging directory” display. When I show the IM contact list, those who online will show the green icon followrd by user name . chat works OK, the name style is “User”, not “User/Acme”
We use the same domain in QuickPlace 3.1, WPE 5.0, Sametime 3.0 SP1, the awarenwss icon works fine in these system except Notes Client.
