Hi People We are using Domino 6.5.5 with Blackberry enterprise Server 4.0.0 since 2 years. but since one week we are facing a critical issue with this enviornment.
We are not able to send or recieve mails from the server. but when i checked the services the domino server was up(all the tasks were running). The BES services were also started. but no mail routing was happening.
when i cheked the Domino logs and BES logs there was no error. the mail routing was not happening but the router task was started.
To recover from this problem we have to hard boot the server and then everything goes smooth for some time(for approx 10 hours ) and then suddenly everything stops again.
kindly help me to resolve this issue. if u need any further information regarding the scenario do let me know
