We are upgrading our Domino server from 6.5.5 to 7.0.2 this weekend. Does anyone know what web access users will see differently from the earlier version? Any new exciting capabilities? This is for our users that do not have Notes clients and access e-mail strictly over the web.

Do you use LTPA tokens for Single Sign On? There’s a major problem with this that we ran into. We were crashing multiple times per day. I had to disable HTTP, downgrade our cluster server to 7.0.1, and point DNS for our DWA users to go to my cluster box. After loading the hotfix it has been working great!
I see you’re on the iSeries (like me). You’ll want to get development to send you PTF LD00543.

This does not seem to be a problem on W32 as we are using it on a 7.0.2 server (sharing the Token with WPS).
Do you have any SPR nb for that issue ?

How do I get this fix?
I have spent a lot of time recreating a Server Crash,
related to inotes6 on Domino 7.0.2 server that was caused by
problems for users accessing their contact in “namelookupmode” also accessing the view in the mail called ($PeopleGroupsFlatsExt).
Maybee this will solve my problem, otherwise I need to downgrade to 7.0.1FP1 where there is no problem. Or try to upgrade every mailfile ro DWA7 design as this solve the problem with the contacts.
I can recreate this problem on different servers with different configurations as long as they are running 7.0.2.

You should not see any difference, the template for web mail are still the same. Use the DW7 for any Inotes users, it should be faster.
