Domain name changes

Hi

Our Organization has changed its name. Now we are configuring Global Domain Document so that users can receive mails on both Domains For example. user@old-domain.com as well as user@new-domain.com. Now we want that internet Address used for outgoing mails should be user@new-domain.com whereas in person and location document ,internet address given is user@old-domain.com. Do we need to chande everybody’s internet address manually or there is some other solution for this?

Hi

In the Domino Administrator, select the People & Groups tab then select People from the views. Expand Tools on the right hand side, then expand People. You will have a tool listed as “Set Internet Address”. Have all of the users selected in the view and run the tool to update the addresses to your new domain name.
