Does anyone know how to remove a certifier from the CA list?

I checked the documentation and the forum and can’t find an answer to this.

I want to remove a certifier from the CA Process list. There’s nothing in the documentation on how to do this. Is it as simple as deleting the ICL database that the certificate resides in?

any help would be most appreciated.
