Documents by Selection Formula

How do I change the “Documents by Selection Formula” programatically.

It will be under Database Properties->Replication Settings->Advanced->

Check “Documents by selection Formula”-> A text box appears which says

Select @ALL. I need to change this programatically(Using Java preferably).

Is there a mehtod to do this? I have not found anything under NotesReplication class.

Hi Kiran,

You need to refer to NotesReplicationEntry class instead of NotesReplication Class.

NotesReplicationEntry has a R/W property called Formula which can be set as easy as

set notesReplicationEntry.Formula = formula$

For more help refer designer help in notes ,there is a ready made Example is available for setting and getting the Replication formula of a database

I tried that also. The example works fine without error but does’t reflect the formula in Database properties.
