A strange problem - On the notes client, we have a categorized view that shows all documents it should. However, in the same view on the web, it is missing some of the documents. The last categorization on the view is by month - and in the notes client we can see documents for April, May, June and July for this year - but on the web, it only shows documents for April and May. There are no readers/authors fields on the documents concerned, the form type is the same across the board, and I cannot see any other reason why these documents will not appear. I have rebuilt all view indexes with no joy. Any ideas?? Thanks.

Hi Simon,
By default, web view has limited preview for 30 records
Check your server settings:
Internet Protocols → Domino Web Engine → Conversin/Display → Default lines per view page: 30
Other way is to display this view as embedded. Than you can set embedded view properties:
Web Access → Display (should be Using HTML) → Lines to display

Thanks for the response Dima, but it’s not a line/record restriction - all other categories are collapsed, it just seems to be certain documents will not display. Anyone else have any other ideas?
