I have a problem where I am seeing only 1 response to a document and I can’t figure out why. Here is the scenario:
-I have a form which has enabled versioning with previous version becomes responses (automatic/file save)
-I have a view that displays these documents and a column to display the prior versions as responses showing the created date.
So I have a document with a title TITLEA
I edit the document and change the title to TITLEB. No problem, I save it and now my main document is TITLEB and the one with the TITLEA is a response. I can see both documents in the view.
Now, I want to edit the document TITLEB and change it to TITLEC. I make the change and save it. No problem. I now show the document TITLEC as main and TITLEA as response. The problem is that after this step I lost the document TITLEB, which I need to keep.
The view selection is Form = “xyz” | @AllChildren
What am I doing wrong? Why only one response document?
