I’ve just created a workitem database copied from another working database. When I open the database to create a document, I get the popup with “Document has been modified or corrupted since signed! (data)”. If I dismiss that popup, I am able to create the document successfully. I’m not sure what is causing this error message. I can open it in designer but not sure what to check in the design. Any help would be appreciated!!
