The all recipients in To field will be displayed while one of the them opens the mail document. We know that if the recipient in Bcc field, Then the others cannot find out him. As company policy and business needs, We don’t like to disclose the recipients’ address. But it’s not official if put them all to Bcc field. We are expecting a way to put all recipients to To field but only see owner’ name in mailing list.Does anybody have any solution or hints? Thanks in advance.

The best way to deal with this is to send a single mail to each recipient. Obviously this would be a fairly tiresome task to do manually so you will need to create an agent to loop through your distribution list and send your email.
