Disclaimer is not showing in lotus notes client

Dear All,

I have added disclaimer in my mail setting.

settings are

Notes client can add disclaimer : enabled

Disclaimer Text : This is for test.

Disclaimer text format : HTML

Disclaimer Position : Append

Multilingual Internet mails : Use best match

then after in The Configuration Settings document Message Disclaimers tab

Message Disclaimer : Enabled

Add disclaimer to S/MIME signed or encrypted messages: Disable

Logging Level : Normal

restart the server

Then I send a test mail to my notes user id as well as external yahoo id

I am able to see the disclaimer in my yahoo mail but through note client or web, I am not able to see.

Can you suggest me. Its very urgent.

My requirement is

Whenever a outgoing mail send through Domino it will attach the image at the bottom of mail.

Please help me if I need to set any thing else, so that It can be visible to both Notes user as well as external user

Subject: Disclaimer is not showing in lotus notes client

Disclaimers are only for outbound mail. They’re meant to contain legal disclaimers pertaining to the communication, not logos.

Stan is correct.

What I think you are describing is the use of a signature. Those go on all mail, regardless of whether it is internal or not.
