How to configure a Disclaimer that whould be automatically be added in ALL OUTGOING EMAILS THRU SMTP.

…if your location document is set to send Notes Rich Text to internet addresses (see the mail tab of the location document). This has some serious downsides: all messates to the internet need to be converted, wich has an impact on performance and message fidelity. It’s a less than ideal solution.
For iNotes users, a disclaimer can be configured in the configuration. Some virus scanners allow for a message to be added to the message too, maybe you should check that out.
