I have been tasked to write a application which held all the information about the DR Plan or Recovery Tasks at Server Level. e.g
If a Servers goes down, this application should list all the applications running on that server, any dependent servers/softwares and what is the quickest backup plan.
Does anybody knows about any template or 3rd party software(e.g Teamstudio Analyser) so that i can have some ideas.
Any Response would be appreciated.

This sounds to be tough task. Even if you manage to gather what were the applications/user connections active when a Domino server crashes, it is very difficult to bring another Domino server to same status.
The best option is to have two (or more) Domino servers clustered. With clustering solution all databases, user sessions etc will be in sync among the clustered servers in real time basis. So it won’t affect even if one of the server crashes.
Domino does a consistency check on all then active databases, when a crashes server comes up next. You can get such a list from server log.nsf
