When the user is disbled, the user is put in to denied group. What will happens to the users personnel doc/files etc in the notes.

When the user is added to the deny access group, assuming you have the correct security settings, then they will not be able to log into Lotus Notes.If you have deleted the user by clickong on delete on the right hand side of the People& Groups tab of the admin client, the adminp process will remove this user from all groups, ACL’s and aim to remove their mail file. The administrator has to go in to the adminp database and confirm the deletion of the mail file and any private views listed.
