Hi there,
the IBM Verse Client for Android is able to show ghosted calendar entries (unprocessed meetings). is there a way to DISABLE this behaviour? per user or globally doesn’t matter, our users simply do not want to see ghosted events within the verse client on the devices.
any hints for me?

I assume here we are talking about cloud usage. For on premises, there is a notes.ini to disable the feature for everyone. As you might imagine, that option is not available to customers in the cloud. There is otherwise no option to disable that feature for users in the cloud. I have not heard of anyone raising this requirement (to disable calendar ghosting). You should raise this requirement through product management. For Traveler, the PM is Baan Slavens.

thx for your reply. It’s not in the cloud, it’s on premise. But i got a message from the ibm support with 3 notes.ini-parameters to disable ghosting globally for all traveler users
the parameters are
NTS_IOS_CALENDAR_INITIAL_GHOST=false
NTS_IOS_CALENDAR_GHOST_CANCEL_NOTICES=false
NTS_CALENDAR_GHOSTING_SYNCML=false
i also made a feature/enhancement-request for the future, that it would come in handy if you’re able to disable this feature per user.
