Disable client debug logs?

We are using Notes 8.5.1 in Citrix and each and every user’s client is creating NSD(?) log files.

In each user’s home drive, we are seeing the folder IBM_TECHNICAL_SUPPORT with the log files console.log, ENVDEBUG.TXT, SEMDEBUG.TXT.

Is there a way to disable this logging detail on the client? We have the following already in everyone’s INI files:

SUDIALOG_ON=0

DEBUG_GLOBAL_NAMESPACE_DISABLE=1

Passthru_LogLevel=0

Console_LogLevel=0

I have tried adding:

Debug_Outfile=C:\Documents and Settings%username%\Local Settings\Temp\Lotus\

Debug_Smart_Upgrade=0

Adding the 2 later entries made no difference.
