Directory Assistance Stop After first match

We have DA setup for three directories, first is AD other 2 are domino databases. LDAP is working and finding the correct users in the AD, but continues on and finds other users that have a surname of firstname that happens to match the samaccountname which the people are entering.

I want DA to find the first match and then stop, not continue on to the other directories. Does anyone know of an INI setting that will do this. From what I have read it use to behave like this in version 5 but they changed it for version 6.

Hi Drew,

I think U can make the settings in Location document to satisfy ur expectation.

Go to Location Doc->Mail->Reciepient Name Look Up ->Selct Option “Stop after First MAtch”.

Also make sure that if u have DA in Local then u have to go thru “Recipeint Name Type Ahead” in Same Tab.
