I would like an email to be sent to the individuals selected in a dialog list field. The user is able to select multiple names, once user clicks hotspot to send the email to the names specified in the field, a Prompt will come up to let the user know that the email will be sent to the “names” listed in the dialog list field. Right now, if the user clicks on two names, the prompt will only pick up the first name. Example: User clicks on Claire and John" and then clicks on hotspot to forward message. The prompt of message “an email has been sent to Claire” Here’s the code: @Prompt([Ok] ; “Notification to Sender” ; "TSS Occurrence Report " + env1 + " has been submitted to " + assign ) ;
