Dialog list / Pick list in web

Hi everyone, I am facing problem on my web application now.I am buidling a sales order application that allow user to key in item details.

One of the fields is required user to select an item from dialog list - documents list that are presented in view. When i use pick list or dialogbox it says that this commands can’t be used on WEB.

My view also contains picture for each document reference.

Does anyone know how to solve this? or is there any sample that I can refer?
