Who is your target audience?
I would put that explicitly on the opening page so people know at a glance the purpose of the site and who it is for.
Also, the title: “Developer Community” implies it is directed at developers which implicitly states it is NOT for IT leadership, end users, or system administrators. Is that your intent?
