We are using a RT editor on the web that stores data in a Notes field. When the user submits the document, the agent uses the correct XSL based on whether the appendix field is empty or “”. Our issue… the field appears to be empty to the user but it is still generating an additional appendix page . What I found… look at page source and see that HTML tags are present. example:
