I have just bought a dell 3115cn printer which is a good bit of kit. You can use it to send emails of scanned documents. It appears as though it’s configured for outlook but can I use domino with it.
It needs:
Primary SMTP gateway
SMTP Port Number (25)
Email Send authorisation: SMTP-AUTH (Plain), SMTP-AUTH (Login), SMTP AUTH (CRAM-MD5) SMTP AUTH (Auto)
SMTP Login User
Anyone bought one of these and set it up or will domino not relay mail on anything other than notes client?

Lotus Domino is a SMTP server and behaves just like one. When you send mail to it using SMTP it will accept the mail (if the recipient is in your domino domain). It might or might not allow you to relay your mail to external/other domains depending on the configuration settings for SMTP
