hi Friends,
we send lot of bulkmails from lotus smtp server,(mine’s financial company which sends latest update to users)
But have some are not able to send to yahoo.com and gets delivery failure report as delivery time expired.
is yahoo some quotas for specific domain

Just guessing but could Yahoo see the bulk mail as spam and handle accordingly?

but it is queue in my mail server itself , and not able to route

I had a similar error and i lastly found that the reciever ( verizon.com) blocked our domain suspecting spam. Why dont you contact yahoo customer support and confirm.
Secondly check your dns resolving yahoo correctly
