hii register person this person can send any mail to an internet but can’t recieve any mail weny person recieve mail from that person he recive delivery failure report:

“Error transferring to mail.QIZ.COM; SMTP Protocol Returned a Permanent Error 550 hsalamh@qiz.com… No such user”

can you help me in this case

Subject: delivery faiuler report

I guess you have misspelled the name of the user. Doublecheck the Domino Directory to check the correct spelling. Try sending a new mail, do a mail trace.
