DELIVERY FAILURE: 550 Host Unknown

I have a user who’s mail file and client I upgraded yesterday. Everything was fine until today, when she can send mail out, but she can’t receive mail. If I send her a message I get back 550 Host Unknown and her email address shows as FirstName_LastName/CompanyName. I’m not sure why the underscores are in their - they shouldn’t be and her name isn’t like that in the Directory. I’ve tried to recertify her ID but that didn’t work. Any ideas?
