I have a problem with a database hosted by third party group …so I don’t have any kind of access to this Domino server…I’m the developer and all my changes needs to pass through this servers administrators.
Here is my problem:

Deletions coming back from users with old replicas.

Server is retaining only 3 months of deleted stubs.
Question:
There is any way to turn a local replica older than 3 months obsolete requiring the user to create a new one ? With that I can prevent old documents going back to server.
