I have a user who has been re-employed. There old account was deleted and they were added to a Deny Access Group.My problem is if I create a new person account it will not be allowed access due to the deny Group.
Her old mail file has also been deleted from the server, so how do others admins get on when a person leaves\returns ? how can I create a new person document to use her old id file ? and how do I create a new mail file on the server?

Create a new Peson with the same old name and create the id file and mail file as you normally would. The Deny Access entry can safely be removed, since the old id file will not have a public key that matches the certificate on the Person document and will not be able to access your server(s) because of it. Be sure to tell the user that her old id file needs to be deleted if she still has a copy so there won’t be any mixups or unnecessary support calls.
