I’ve deleted a person. Its gone on address book but still exist on the groups it belongs.
any workaround?

Did you delete it using adminp? If so, the person will be removed from groups (and acls, authors and readers fields) as part of that process.
If you didn’t use admin and just deleted the person doc, you will have to manually update the groups.

Delete the person using adminp. then only it will remove from groups, acl, and etc.
