Deleted emails being resent to people in the CC field

What happens is if User1 receives a mail from User2 with an attachment and we delete the atttachment, then close the email, we get the option to send&save, send only, save only, discard and cancel. if we then click on save only a duplicate email is sent without the attachment to User1, and anyone else included on the email without the attachment, and appears to be sent from User2.

Any Clues ???

Subject: Deleted emails being resent to people in the CC field

Look for a field called MailOptions in the document, that is probably set to 1, which means send on save

Either delete the field or set it to ‘0’
