This one has me baffled.
We recently upgraded our first R5 server (administration server) to R6.0.1 CF1 and updated the design of the Domino Directory. After doing so, lots of of previously deleted person documents (some deleted over 9 months) ago, reappeared in the address book. A large number of duplicate groups also started to appear, with very old last modified dates.
Anyone run into this or have suggestions? Is this perhaps a bug related to deletion stubs?

I am not sure if it is a bug in R6, I think when you deleted docs in R5 the deletions stubs got lost, when you rep with a new R6 server, those long ago deleted docs seem to reappear. I have seen this in almost every database after I upgraded to R6.
I think it is more a replication issue in previous version (i.e. the deletions did not propogate out) so those documents are reappearing because of this.
