Deleted attachments remain in the Verse meeting

Hi,

Problem with deleted attachments in a meeting:
When users edit a meeting and delete attachments and then attach other attachments, the deleted attachments show up again:

But if you delete attachments -> save changes -> attach new attachments, then everything works correctly.

Can you tell me if this is a bug?

definitely qualifies as a bug. Delete and add new attachment should not require a save in between.

Yes, this appears to be a bug in HCL Verse, likely related to how attachment changes are handled when editing meetings.

Possible causes:

  1. The old attachments may still be cached or retained in the draft version before saving.
  2. If the meeting data isn't properly refreshed after modifying attachments, the old ones might reappear.
  3. When you delete an attachment and immediately attach a new one before saving, the system may not fully commit the deletion.

So, would suggest you to please open a support ticket, Accordingly, we can take further action on the same.
