is there any way to delete a userrole entry from the ACL with Lotusscript or Java ? I could not find anything about it.

Hi Juergen,
If you want to remove the role completely from the database, look for the Remove method in the NotesACL class in the designer help.
If you need to remove a role from a specific acl entry, look for the DisableRole method from the NotesACLEntry class.
