I have documents in which there is a readers field but my name is not there. These docs are there in my mailbox for a lon gtime and occupying a lot of space. Is there any way I can delete these documents. I cant see the documents.But there no is shown as unread mails.
pls help to get rid of these docs from my inbox.

First, make a view that shows all docs and categorizes by a field that you think will help you identify the culprits. Now open that view and go to that category. If you can see the individual docs, then you’re all set. If you can see the category, but cannot expand the category to see the docs themselves, then your assumption is correct that you cannot see these docs due to reader names fields.
Make a scheduled agent with a very precise SELECTION criteria and the server will delete them. Since the server sees these documents locally, I think it will delete them even if the server is not in the reader names field.

Rohit,1) Readers fields aren’t applicable in local database, so u can delete documents on your local.
You can also do it with Full Access Administration remotely
Run an agent from server consol and delete reder field.

I’m no sure I have understood properly. After you read all documents the icon show some unread document ?If it’s right, the reason is the forms of database that the client sometimes sign as unread document.
To resolve it, you can click on unread masks → Mark all read from Edit Menù.
