Subject: Delete broadcast amil from number of clients
Hi,
You absolutly need to delete this email? In certain country, it’s against the law but if it’s not your case, you could run an agent on every mail file assuming that your know the sender , the subject and the posted date and then delete this specific document.

can’t be done on a server level. I mean an agent to delete all mails from specific sender.
Thanks

From the reference, it sounds as if your clients have their e-mail stored locally on their workstations. Is this correct? You will need to provide them with a button containing the script (perhaps in a document e-mailed to them) which uses the From field and deletes all memo documents in the database that meet the criteria (a certain date range for example) and have the from field set to the user you wish to delete e-mail for. As mentioned before, make sure that doing this does not cause regulatory compliance issues in your country.

Why can’t it be done on a server level? If they use local replicas they still need to replicate with their server-based replica. Otherwise you get into needing to either send buttons to users and hope they push them, or changing PostOpen in the database design, etc. Neither of which are clean choices.
