Delete administraor from names.nsf

Hi All !!I have changed old system administrator to new one by creating new lotus notes licence and adding his name in server document as a administrator and also I have added him in Administrators group. I am using new licence as a system administrator for creating new licences and other system admin. tasks.

I have not deleted old administrators licence. Can I delete old administrotrs licence at this stage or it will create any problem for me?

Any suggestions appreciated…

Hi Mahadev,

If you feel comfortable that the new administrator has all the access that the old administrator account had previously, there should be no reason why you can not delete the old account. If in doubt, ensure that this new account has Full Access Administrator in the event you encounter an ACL which was not updated to allow access to the new account.
