I have a user who receives the following error when attempting to open his preferences in the inbox, calendar, or ToDos; “type mismatch on external name delegationaclmanager”

I have searched and found some R5 fixes and tried them to no avail. I have replaced design, rebuilt views, and nothing seems to fix this. He is unable to look at his preferences in the client.

Browsing to the database and accessing Preferences via iNotes gives an error asking for a refresh to continue. Refreshing does open the preferences. But, the settings look fine.

Any suggestions?

write a little piece of script in a button to delete the calendar profile (preferences doc). then have the user close the mail file and reopen it and try going into prefs. The Calendar Profile will get recreated on the fly.

Subject: DelegationACLManager - Found the problem -

We looked at the agents and found the server had duplicated some of them. Agents were signed by the Domino server. We deleted the server signed agents and all is working normally.

Why this happened? Still don’t know.
