A user in Verse first accepts a meeting and then delegates the meeting to another user. After that, the meeting is not shown in his calendar.
How is it possible to configure Verse to show the delegated meeting in the user's calendar?
Thanks in advance
Hi Moises
there is no option available and the same behaviour applies to the Notes client. Maybe create an idea for Verse and link it to this one https://domino-ideas.hcltechsw.com/ideas/NTS-I-306
I think it would make sense to keep the delegated meetings visible in the calendar.
However, the functionality seems to be different anyway. If I delegate meetings in Notes, I will get updates for meetings. If I do the same in Verse, I don't.

Hi
Thanks for your help! Yes, we have tested the delegation in Notes and there is an option to be informed about updates:
But in Verse, all updates come already to the delegate
Also thanks for the link to the idea portal
Have a nice day
Hello Moises,
It is not deleted from the mail file. However, it is just removed from the month view or week view. Which is working as designed since you know you have delegated that invite to someone to attend on your behalf.
You can still see the invite in the Calendar Inbox in verse as below showing its been Delegated.
Hope this helps.
Thank you

Hi,
Thanks for your help! Yes, that's right, users are seeing the meeting notifications. But they also want to see that meeting in the calendar grid as shown in the screenshot
How can we keep this suggestion for Verse in the idea portal?
Thank you and have a great day
