The Action Bar options in mail forms should work the same as in views; there should be a default option that is invoked with one click and a drop down list on the right for additional menu options. For example, the reply options in forms require two clicks, one to open the menu of options, two to select the option. This is not how the actions work in the views/folders. They should be consistent.
