How do you change the default font size for whenever you originate or respond to an e-mail message? I am an end user, so please make the answer simple for me to understand.

Without a change to your mail template, it won’t happen.

If you look in the help file under Customizing Notes for Accessibility there are some things you can do to change font sizes. One of them is editing your notes.ini file. You can probably find that file here: C:\Program Files\lotus\notes\notes.ini. If you do decide to try this you might run it by your Notes admin if you have one and make sure to backup your notes.ini file before you make changes so you can restore it if something goes wrong. You’ll need to close Notes and reopen it for the changes to take effect.
I know this isn’t exactly what you are looking for but it might help some.
