Dear All,
Is there a way I can make the default font of mail messages to something like Arial, size 14, etc.?
Other than Permanent Pen or styles, I would like to have another option?

In R8.5.2, there’s a new Text - Set Current Font as Mail Default. This command is available while the user is composing a new mail message.

Sorry, there is no policy support for default mail font in 8.5.2. I will enter a requirement for consideration in a future release.

Hi, If u can able to edit the mail template,u can make changes over there in font styles and sizes.If u make directly to your mail file,these changes will be effected but every time your mail file will be refreshed and the changes u made will go.To remain the changes constantly do the above process.This i have done .

Which process would I need to adhere to in order to make the changes permanent?
I suppose you one can only change the mail template if one has administrator privileges, or access.
