Hi! I would like to ask if its possible to use information stored in oracle database to place that information in the user’s person document without doing any code. Can this be done using DECS? What do I need to install and configure on my Domino server and Oracle to make this work?

I think so, but you shoud search more information . In relation the installation of DECS, you need to put Notes cd installation and select the option to install DECS… Is very simple…

Yes. Just enter the correct connection information, map the notes fields to the oracle table using the DECS activities and using the Document On Open as the trigger. This will update the information from Oracle each time the document is opened
